Camp Edible

Food is an important life force, so knowledge and methods of preservation and processing are vital for survival when resources are limited and conditions are shifting. Camp Edible is a base for pioneers to experiment and learn about various, creative and ancient ways to work with locally sourced ingredients. Explore fermentation, aging, food waste, natural aroma and dye, and more. Run by Bangkok-based design team Salt and Pepper Design Studio and led by Chef Black of Blackitch Artisan Kitchen from Chiangmai, the project is informed by our innate human nature of migration, while celebrating the creativity that comes from necessity.
