From Time to Time with Chef Black

Chef Black of Blackitch Artisan Kitchen in Chiang Mai serves up eight courses that integrate culinary science and local wisdom. In a showcase of eastern Thai cuisine, Chef Black will use products from local communities, fisherman, farmers, and producers in a menu including squid, liquor rice, salted eggs, cured duck and jellyfish. The theme will further explore Chonburi, the province where Wonderfruit is located and one-time home to Chef Black. Courses will be paired with craft drinks and alcohol including roselle root beer, sato, umeshu, and ginger ale.
