The Guest List Volume Eight: (We’re Getting the Band Back Together)

THEATRE OF FEASTS

One day, Paolo Vitaletti and Jarrett Wrisley, were standing behind the counter, eating ham, and bullshitting. And suddenly they had an idea: one that seemed like even more fun than eating ham and drinking wine. One that would bring Bangkok’s community of chefs together, for the simple love of cooking and discovery, and the freedom to work in ways that are outside of their comfort zones. This is how the Guest List was born.  This particular edition of The Guest List -- Volume Eight, the Blues Brothers, is all about getting the band back together. Expect a lineup of some of the best chefs in Southeast Asia who share one common goal: to get loose and cook some fucking delicious food - the sort of thing you might eat after a hep set with Cab Calloway, Aretha, John Belushi, and Dan Akroyd. We don't know what that is yet, but hell, that's half the fun.
