A fun, body- and mind-twisting activity based on beats and rhythms created using physical percussion. Join Urmi to create short rhythmic compositions, using clapping and parts of your body (chest, hands, feet), sometimes in unison or sometimes as a 'jugalbandi' (similar to a dance-off). This activity requires decent body control and a good grasp of music or rhythm, which is why it's the third part of a series in which you'll build a mind-to-muscle connection and move more deftly and quickly. Don't worry if you missed parts one and two; you are still welcome.
