Responsible Eating with Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones

Eating has many different impacts on our lives, societies, communities and on our environment. As citizens of the world, it is our responsibility to minimize the impacts from how to what we eat. Bo and Dylan of Bo.lan will discuss their food system including farming, harvesting and dishing as well as their distribution. They will also explore environmental cooking, how waste occurs throughout the food chain and how not creating waste is the best waste management.
