WONDER GARDEN

The theme of this workshop is to create a space where participants will feel safe and free. Come and express yourself through movement, dance, breathwork, interactions, concentration, yoga postures, partner and group massages. This discipline has been created to embrace all aspects of self-mastery and self-evolution.

Music is one of the tools used to create the perfect space because music changes moods. We listen to different types of sound so we are able to heal ourselves from stress, anxiety, lack of confidence and anything related to a psychological or physical issue. Participants will also be serenaded by a didgeridoo, a healing musical instrument from the aboriginal people of Australia.
