We live in a modern world with a fast pace of life, with everything around us changing in the blink of an eye. We have been treated with new world medicines to solve health problems like wrong diets, seasonal changes, excess or deficient exercise, poor postures and poor breathing exercise—all of these cause consequences of mental and physical disorders. Ayurvedic yoga is one approach to help minimize mental and physical problems.

This one-hour class will guide you in balancing your doshas, known as vata, pitta and kapha. Vinyasa will be applied within the class for the initial balancing of your doshas. We will also apply different breathing techniques for each vinyasa.
