In this session, Marius shares his knowledge about breathing techniques, and how to activate the body and transition from one state to another. All are based on his personal experiences that combine different techniques and pranayamas—short and clear practical exercises to get your attention (attention = energy) back to your body. All the answers are inside us, so waiting to be tapped on a journey into the amazing world of breath.

Marius is a sound healing practitioner (gongs, drums and singing bowls) who has taken numerous courses in different breathing practices, including Assistant Vipassana Meditation Teacher at Wat Chomtong, Thailand. He has spent 1/3 of his life looking for answers to questions about human happiness and trying to reach a deeper knowledge of the world in which we live. Since lockdown in 2020, he's immersed himself deep into Wim Hof Method practices with intense breathing and cold therapy and actively participated in Healthy Masculinity Movements as well as creating Tribes Movement and Men's Circles.
