This session uses breath as a tool for grounding into the land, and grounding into the self while coming together as a collective and deepening individual spirit.

The session begins with a breathwork meditation and movement journey to connect with the body and the rhythm of your own breath, inspired by the curves and shapes of the seed of life. Settle into the space and settle into yourself. Tap into the universe's breath and allow awareness of the breath to guide you as we create a personal mandala/seed of life.

Participants will create and move a paintbrush by inhaling and exhaling.
Participants will take away a feeling of awareness of their breath, and a personal mandala to remind them of their inner safe space and peace within.
