This class is focused on challenging upside-down yoga asana, including headstands, forearm stands and handstands. We will apply the ujjayi breathing and body locks techniques with upside-down yoga asana so you can fight with your fear and work hard on your core and shoulder muscles. We will try to do all asana without wall support and instead use support from your partner in the class. Come to a strong body and mind, finding your balance.

This practice is led by Jimmy, a senior yoga teacher at Yoga & Me. He has learned and practiced yoga with many celebrated yoga gurus and teachers worldwide. He was one of the first Thai people registered as a yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT), and is now an internationally registered yoga teacher with International Yoga Federation (IRYT). He is also the director of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga TTC by Jimmy Yoga and works as yoga course director at Fitness Innovations Thailand.
