Maybe you're unaware of how you're communicating with your body language. Scientific data shows that non-verbal communication makes up 70-93% of all communication. Communicating effectively is essential to your success in your personal, business and love life. If you are unaware of how your body language and tonality affect other people's perceptions of you, you're making life very hard for yourself. Your non-verbal communication tells other people how you expect to be treated. It signals to them on an unconscious level, which is wired in our primal brain functions.

Not only that, but how you carry yourself physically affects how you feel emotionally. The body creates a biofeedback loop sending dopamine or stress hormones to your brain, depending on your posture, tonality and breathing. You can make yourself feel good or bad with your own physiology. The good news is that this can be learned to develop your natural charisma and influence, making a good impression when it counts.

In this workshop, you will do practical exercises to learn how to use body language to create a powerful presence, improve your posture to look and feel more confident and use your gestures to add credibility and have people trust what you're saying. You'll also be shown how to use your hands to put an audience at ease or come across as more authoritative on a subject.

This session is led by David, a dedicated life coach. He has run workshops and training for the US Embassy, the Young South East Asian Leadership Initiative and the University of London. He blends his professional expertise as a life coach, NLP master practitioner and communication expert. On his journey, David has trained with some of the world's top life coaches, hypnotherapists and communication experts, from TED Talk speakers to shamans deep in the heart of the Amazon jungle of Peru. As his clients will testify, David genuinely loves helping people transform their lives and his enthusiasm and motivation are infectious.
