Led By Ali Young, the leading practitioner of frosted crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls in Thailand at his wellness centre Chiang Mai Holistic, a love for sounds and vibrations paved the way for him to learn from various masters in different traditions such as the Nepalese, Western and Indian styles, making him equally versed with both playing Tibetan metal and the quartz crystal bowls.

He uses many different types of sounds to help people find their true inner peace whilst channeling reiki energy, as he is also a Reiki Master.

Ali specializes in working with people who suffer from addictions, traumas, anxiety, depression, and stress. He regularly runs group mindfulness and meditations at Thailand’s largest addiction treatment centers. Through his work at the rehab, he helps people find clarity of mind and become present.
