For over two decades, Mongkorn Timkul aka DJ Dragon has been rocking Thai crowds with his thunderous DJ sets. Born in Bangkok, Thailand in 1976, Mongkorn was raised in a family of artists and musicians. As a child, he had a passion for playing drums and percussion but it wasn't until he moved to Canada that he fell in love with DJing and drum n bass music. After he completed his education, Mongkorn moved back to Bangkok. It was here that he realized that his ultimate goal in life was to spread drum n bass to the Thai audience.

In 1997 he formed the Homebass Communications Crew with Mc Abu and DJ Wen. To date, the crew have organized some of the best drum n bass events in the Kingdom, having had guests such as L Double, Jon B, DJ SS, Aphrodite, Mickey Finn, Dread Bass, Ez Rollers and Ray Keith. The crew also hosted the Kingdom longest running electronic music radio show called the Homebass Show on 104.5 fat radio. The show aired from 2000 to 2005. In 2008 Mongkorn took things in a different direction from drum n bass music and started Dubway Sessions. The event was the first dubstep event in Thailand and hosted many of the scene's biggest names like Pinch, Goth-Trad, High Rankin', Alpha Steppa and RSD.
