Eating Bugs for the Planet with Kanitsanan Thanthitwat

Kanitsanan Thanthitwat is the Co-founder and CEO of Global Bugs Asia, in Thailand, whose core business model is to produce and sell eco-friendly entomology products that help consumers and industries worldwide lessen their impact on the planet. Raising edible crickets produces fewer greenhouse gases and uses less water and space than chicken and other meats, yet contain more than 70% protein, more calcium than milk, and more iron than spinach, plus fibre and fatty acids. Global Bugs farms and produces whole crickets, cricket powder, snacks and protein bars, at their own production facilities in Thailand. Their vision is to leave a sustainable world for the future generations.
