Inspired by the fermentation process of the natural Sakon Nakhon Indigo dye that Philip Huang works with, members will join Soho House Bangkok’s Club Manager (and famed mixologist) Ben Sorum and Auntie Chan of Suansin Nongmon for a hands-on journey to ferment seasonal local fruits followed by a foraging tour of the Wonderfruit herb garden.

Once the foraging session is over, Ben and Aunty Chan will crack open their private fermentation collection to share and teach members how to mix their own elixirs. Members can save the jar they fermented at the workshop for another thirsty day. Afterward, the space evolves into a pop-up fermented drink bar where wanderers can purchase the fermented drinks.

Last but not least, at golden hour, Soho House members are invited to gather and join the indigo feeding ritual.
