Mambe and Ambil are sacred plants of the Colombian Amazon. Ambil is the result of cooking the tobacco leaf until it looks like an ointment mixed with vegetable salts. The Mambe is the roasted coca leaf made powder, mixed with blue Yarumo ash. The word coca means dialogue, speaking, is traditionally used for dialogue in the community, from the words of the elderly, with the purpose of administering the territory, maintaining awareness of human and natural biodiversity, working in groups to achieve the objectives of the community and ensure the welfare of each member of the group. The Coca Leaf is considered one of the most nutritious products in the world. The act of Mambiar implies discipline and responsibility, the physical body enhances its moods and its metabolism, generating a higher concentration and a higher level of listening and self-observation. Achieving a better retentive of the teachings and concepts that the elders put into the conversation, generating a continuous learning of how to live life in a permanent happiness in contact with the inner and outer nature that surrounds the human being.
