This workshop is led by Tamara, a yoga teacher with a decade of practice and seven years of teaching experience. Her lighthearted approach focuses on creating daily acceptance, fun, calm, and happiness. Trained in hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga, she guides students to find ease and joy within themselves.
