Kengchakaj is a Bangkok-born, Brooklyn-based, award-winning pianist, improviser, and electronics experimentalist. His collaborative live coding audiovisual project Jitr จิตร under the artist collective elekhlekha received a Lumen Prize Gold Award. For this performance, Kengchakaj will focus on synthesizing sounds and soundscape texture and using sound cultures from Southeast Asia. It will be a mix of musical pieces and emotional content that may be represented in the opposite direction, but all of it is a reflection of himself.
