Kyong Sono brews the finest four-to-the-floor in his Berlin-Kreuzberg studio, always rolling, melodic and with love for detail. Initially formed as a live band, Kyong Sono immersed himself in the studio over the pandemic, releasing more than 55 tracks since 2020. His music found a home on various international labels as well as his own imprint, Betonstrand, and gained the support of esteemed DJs like Solomun and Mira amongst others.

Kyong Sono’s meticulously crafted live set-up enables him to deliver his tracks in a versatile and ever-changing manner. His performances are full of improvisation and spontaneity, providing a unique show that, so far, captivated audiences from Zanzibar to Mexico and Ibiza, in Berlin’s Clubs like Kater Blau and on main stages like Turm Bühne at Fusion Festival.
