Intro to Standing Acro by ACT Acrobatics
AcroYoga blends the strength and beauty of acrobatic movement with yoga joyously and mindfully; connecting you with yourself and your partner. The practice offers you an opportunity to learn how to relax, play and have fun, something we don't do often enough as adults.
AcroYoga teaches you mindfulness and a chance to work on aspects of yourself through challenging and fun activities. Surrender to your partner and to the many poses and learn to use, share and be aware of your subtle energy centers. You will find that you can apply the same lessons toreal-worldd situations.
Learn to trust and connect with new friends, your partner and yourself. All levels are welcome to learn, play, practice and jam. But don't worry if you're new to acro; there'll be something for everyone, including people who have little or no experience at all. Come solo or with a partner, and just bring your positive energy and get ready to have some fun.
