For over 20 years, British DJ Lee Jones has been playing in the clubs of his adopted home of Berlin, such as Watergate, Sisyphos and Kater Blau, and throughout the world in over 30 countries.
As a producer, he has been through many changes. Following his downtempo beginnings as Hefner, remixing the likes of Cinematic Orchestra, 4Hero, Lamb and Fink, and recording 2 sessions for Gilles Peterson, he quickened the tempo as MyMy with Berghain resident Nick Höppner on labels such as Ostgut Ton, Playhouse and Cocoon, then refined his cinematic, jazz-infused sound with releases as Lee Jones on Cityfox, Watergate Records and Aus Music. Recently he has returned to his downtempo roots on Bar 25 and Amselcom and continues to remix on labels such as Anjunadeep and BPitch.
