The JUMP! Foundation is a non-profit organization that believes in inspiring, empowering, and engaging youth through collaborative and innovative transformational learning programs. This year Jump! will be hosting mindfulness and group activities meant to inspire and bring families and friends closer against the backdrop of nature and beauty.

Workshop: The Feelings Wheeling

Come by and check out the feelings wheel, expand your vocabulary, and learn how all of our feelings are so amazingly connected.

Workshop: Our Magic Boots

Helping people develop connections and foster relationships by throwing them in challenges as a team. They need to ideate and problem-solve together to be able to complete the challenge. In the end, hoping they can build connections.

Workshop: Share Your Reflection

One of the ways we can reduce inequities is by getting people to listen to each other and their stories. We can help develop empathy and compassion only once we truly listen to one another. Our hope with this activity is to provide people with 10-15 minutes of space to listen to one another and to share with their hearts.

Workshop: Annie the Artist
Very often what we want to say vs what is heard is where issues begins. This is a simple game that represents how there is a loss in a message over multiple layers and that it can be interpreted in a completely different way than it began with.
