Join a transformative flow class and coaching circle rooted in mindfulness principles inspired by Vipassana meditation. This session offers a 1-1.5 hour journey, including five minutes of Vipassana introduction, five minutes of breath meditation, thirty minutes of core flow, ten minutes of reclined breath with soothing music and a 10-minute Q&A circle with optional extended mindfulness coaching for deeper insights.
Individual Mindfulness Coaching for mental well-being is also available.
