This class is flow movements with the hatha vinyasa yoga series. All the series will focus on hips and shoulders for the build-up to preparing the body for back bending. This class also includes the drop back technique without forgetting to return balance to the spine with counter pose techniques.

This practice is led by Jimmy, a senior yoga teacher at Yoga & Me. He has learned and practiced yoga with many celebrated yoga gurus and teachers worldwide. He was one of the first Thai people registered as a yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT), and is now an internationally registered yoga teacher with International Yoga Federation (IRYT). He is also the director of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga TTC by Jimmy Yoga and works as yoga course director at Fitness Innovations Thailand.
