Raimund Wong is a DJ at Soho Radio & Total Refreshment Centre in London; a graphic artist most recognized for his work for International Anthem and Church of Sound; and a sound artist working with members of The Comet is Coming, Snapped Ankles, My Panda Shall Fly and Emanative. Through the language of dub and musique concrète, he strives to present an optimistic, eternal view of mankind where sounds and voices from disparate spaces and time can work together in harmony. His interests are broad, ranging from the rhythms and melodies of Japanese city pop and synth-pop, African highlife and mbaqanga, post-punk/experimental, rock, roots, reggae and dub with a touch of jungle.
