Through our lives we inadvertently learn to internalize anger or fear until it becomes part of the body. We begin to cover up this fear and anger until we build an Inferiority complex or superiority complex. Manipulation and lying are parts of inner anger. Not being self-sustaining or having a foundation to work it out is an inner anger. This is an intense workshop. You will sweat, you will scream, you will cry and laugh as you allow your body to release long held emotions in each cell. Each Asana of the Kriya will allow you to release, letting you feeling light at the end.
