His sets are unpredictable, ranging from the sunny bossa nova to dark techno, passing by more eclectic choices of jazz, soul, world music, trip hop, hip hop, house and disco.

Rui has played and organized events at a wide range type of venues be it Studio Lam, 12x12, Beam, Sing Sing, Wonderfruit in Bangkok, Gare and Plano B in Porto, Compufunk in Osaka, Le Mellotron in Paris, Kiosk Radio in Brussels or Es Xiringuito in Ibiza. He currently hosts a monthly radio show on Bangkok Community Radio and Yeye Radio.
