It’s important to consider how herbs are prepared, too, and the best method for taking them before creating medicinal herbs. Examples of herbal products will be introduced, such as green herbal oil and three basic recipes of herbal inhalers from the local wisdom of traditional medicine to help reduce dizziness, relieve depression and purify the lungs.
