Selin Sila believes in the simplicity of the practice. Her intuitive style of teaching with a hands-on approach to alignment, combined with breath, makes her sessions suitable for all ages and levels of experience. This session will have you move through various yoga poses to increase mobility, range of motion and flow of energy. Selin completed her 200 hours of healing and an awakening-inspired blend of traditional hatha vinyasa flow teacher training in 2015. Since then, she has accumulated over 2,000+ hours of professional experience in studios, resorts, festivals, retreats, corporate environments, and private sessions. She is also trained in playing gongs and has been a resident gong player at Lotus Wellness Bangkok.
