Tourguide aka Nhật-Vũ Đặng is a Dutch Vietnamese jewellery maker by day and an avid digger for downtempo and ambient gems at night. He started off organizing small gatherings with his twin brother Đăng-Vũ Đặng (Burun Đănga), where they compiled their own soundtracks to projections of Planet Earth documentaries and animations.

At his former job at Comme des Garcons in Berlin, he selected the music for the store, becoming increasingly aware of how music affects a space. To create a more immersive experience, he started creating his own mixes based on various landscapes and shared them with a handful of friends who encouraged him to play for public events.
