Wind Flower by PO-D Architects

Wind Flower is a collaborative cross-cultural project between the folk builders of Nahaew district in Loei province and Bangkok’s PO-D Architects. Floral bamboo structures are traditionally created by villagers to bless a farming season with timely rain and a bountiful harvest. During a ceremony, the structures are spun to maintain balance. Inspired by these cultural forms, PO-D Architects has reinterpreted the objects in The Fields. The structure experiments with wind-affected color, sounds, and lighting.
