Zhang La Mian (张辣面 Zhāng là miàn), or the Zhang family's spicy noodles, serves Grandma's Beef Kaolao Soup with Chinese-style fried chili with oil and La Jiao You (辣椒油 Làjiāo yóu). Noodles are made to order and specially formulated by the shop, helping to bring out the aromatic flavor of the soup.
