Dance Basics: Moving into Freedom

This session is for absolute beginners—especially anyone who’s ever thought they don’t know how to dance. Together, the class will learn some basic movement characteristics, exploring easy patterns and learning how rhythm and expression can naturally flow through the body. This workshop is designed to help you feel free and comfortable on the dance floor.
Inna Tanaka is a certified instructor in flow tribal dance, Hatha yoga and Vipasana meditation.
