Ecstatic Dance Awakening

UNTAMED returns for a third year in The Fields, inviting Wonderers through another ritual celebrating ecstatic dance. Through unchoreographed movement, facilitated by awareness, embodiment and a series of soundscapes, we safely release into expressions, emotions, and the physicality of our body.

This session starts with a grounding meditation session, followed by a warm up with somatic exercises and games before the group transitions into ecstatic dance.
