Embodied Art Meditation: Hand and Movement

This workshop invites participants to explore art as meditation. In this space, release control, silence the inner critic and express the body’s natural rhythm through paint. After a short guided meditation, participants will be encouraged to create freely on their canvas using hands, brushes or any movements that feel natural to them. The goal of this session is not to create something perfect, but to simply feel and be present, allowing colors to be a reflection of the moment itself.
