Fascia Flow & Yoga Nidra

Led by Sandra and Kit, both hailing from pioneering schools in Kuala Lumpur, this session helps Wonderers find balance between activity and rest, leaving with the physical renewal and mental clarity to step into the night ahead. Sandra will guide a dynamic movement practice focused on activating fascial slings, supporting mobility and creating ease in the body. Kit will then lead a guided yoga nidra sleep meditation, bringing participants into a state of deep rest and nervous system regulation.
