This workshop reimagines traditional wine tasting by exploring wine through a perspective of diaspora and locality, diverging from the Western narrative. Guests will taste a unique lineup of wines paired with Southeast Asian flavors—fruits, herbs, and vegetables often overlooked in classic wine lexicons. Seated at communal tables with banana leaves and Thai produce, participants will sample six wines (sparkling, white, orange, and red) while discussing mindful wine appreciation. The experience invites all to explore new pairings and savor the simple joy of wine.
