This 60-minute session blends cold therapy and traditional sweat lodge rituals, starting with a briefing on safety and benefits. Participants will then enjoy a 30-minute ice bath to boost immunity and mental clarity, followed by a 10-minute chanting session in a sweat lodge for detoxification and spiritual connection, finishing with a final cold dip.
