This year, Life’s Market introduces a new layout to the ground floor of Open Kitchen, dividing the space into the five regions of Thailand: North, Northeast (Isaan), Central, East and South. Wander through a sensory map of the country, discovering how landscapes, climate and tradition shape regional foodways.

Hosted by Auntie Chan, her friends and her family, daily workshops invite Wonderers to learn recipes rooted in the agricultural and cultural rhythms of each region.
