Stretch out the travel cramps and ease into the weekend through warm-ups, partner games, safe, respectful contact and freestyle movement. This class is open to everyone, regardless of experience.
Dima Apelbaum is a devoted practitioner, athlete and coach whose philosophy is that movement is medicine.
