Visionary artist Oki has breathed new life into the ancient Sakhalin Ainu stringed instrument, the tonkori. By reviving its playing methods and craftsmanship, he has transformed this once-lost instrument into a powerful medium for modern expression.

For Wonderfruit, Oki has prepared a special set in collaboration with Naoyuki Uchida, one of Japan’s foremost dub engineers. Uchida, revered for his impeccable sense of groove, is a master at crafting tracks with intense, singular energy. Together, they will deliver a wild, immersive dub mix, where Oki’s tonkori and Uchida’s signature dub magic collide.
