Ottara Pyne from Wine Garage Presents...

Challenge your perceptions of Western wine tasting and look at wine through a lens of diaspora and locality. Guided by Ottara, this workshop introduces a unique lineup of wines served in complement and contrast to the textures, fruits, herbs and vegetables in Southeast Asian cuisine.

Guests will be seated together at communal tables covered in banana leaves, enjoying a range of Thai produce as they taste six different wines, adding new flavors to their lexicon of pairings.
