Sivilian Affairs is a Singapore-based collective led by DJs Sivanesh Pillai and Lilian Hautemulle (Miss Lil), a duo committed to nurturing the pulse of dance music across Asia. Since 2019 they’ve built gatherings that feel intentional and community-led, linking music hubs from Hanoi to Bali, Kuala Lumpur to Manila and Seoul, while keeping close ties with scenes in Berlin, Amsterdam, London and Melbourne.
Their work starts from a simple truth: music brings people together. At Wonderfruit, Sivilian Affairs bring this same spirit to The Fields, carrying the warmth of their regional community and the deep, steady energy that defines them.
