What Remains is Eaten
By Pickle Collective
‘What Remains is Eaten’ is an edible map which explores what is hidden, overlooked or discarded within our environment. This workshop performance and art installation draws inspiration from traditional dried fruit candy-making, which allows communities to sustain surplus harvest across seasons. Join in making an edible map together, transforming resources into a time-based sculpture gradually drying in sunlight, before culminating in a communal act of sharing and eating together.
