Tap into your inner fire with a strong Vinyasa-based class driven by grounding breath, designed to energize, strengthen and awaken. Flow through dynamic transitions and intentional holds that enhance your functional mobility, stamina and deep body awareness. This session is open to all levels, with modifications and progressions offered to suit where you are in your journey. This class is led by Rosemary, a 500RYT certified yoga instructor and holistic health coach.
