Open to all levels, this upbeat yogalates session fuses the fluid stretches of yoga with the core-toning power of pilates. Participants will move through dynamic flows, targeted mat work and balance challenges, before ending with a stretch and a short, calming relaxation.
Sarah McLaughlin is the Retreat Operations Manager at Elite Atoll Fitness and Retreats in Phuket, Thailand, where she combines her expertise in yoga, pilates and holistic wellness.
