An experimental space dedicated to developing flavors and sharing culinary knowledge for up to 85 gastronauts around communal tables meant to inspire connection and community. Wonderers are welcome to give their feet some time off in a fully shaded space, offering a finger-licking refuge from the hustle and bustle of The Fields.

Wonder Kitchen this year welcomes all-day dining featuring perfect-for-sharing plates alongside chef’s table experiences where Wonderers can get up close and personal with notable chefs who are dreaming up daring new dishes. Pair your plate with a tipple or two from a well-stocked wine bar before
taking on The Fields again.

An intimate space for new tastes and experimental flavors
Find flavors from all corners of the world with menus that celebrate diverse cultures and unique ways of life. Wonderers can book limited-capacity sit-down lunches and dinners and interact with chefs as they playfully explore the beautiful and symbolic flavors and traditions surrounding their lineage.

From Paris with Love by Bisou

Bisou is the Bangkok-based brainchild of Antoine Darquin, a young chef from Paris with fine-dining experience, and Théo Lavergne, a new-wave sommelier with a background in Michelin-starred restaurants. Together, they bring their playful and open-minded take on French food to The Fields, turning classic dishes into fun, contemporary plates for sharing and wine pairing.

Founded with the ambition to share their passion for artisanal wines, Wine Garage brings hidden gems in the vast wine universe to Wonder Kitchen.
