From Paris with Love by Bisou
Bisou is the Bangkok-based brainchild of Antoine Darquin, a young chef from Paris with fine-dining experience, and Théo Lavergne, a new-wave sommelier with a background in Michelin-starred restaurants. Together, they bring their playful and open-minded take on French food to The Fields, turning classic dishes into fun, contemporary plates for sharing and wine pairing.
