Everything you need to know about staying at Wonderfruit

13 December 2023 | Wonderfruit

Whether you’re staying at Slow Wonder, Boutique Camping or General Camping, everything you need to know about your stay lives here.

If you think we’ve missed something, send us an email at info@wonderfruit.co and we’ll answer your questions there.

Before you leave, don’t forget to bring:

  • Your ID, in either physical or digital format
  • Your Slow Wonder, Boutique Camping or General Camping Entrant Code
  • Your Wonderfruit ticket Entrant Code

What to leave behind:

The following items are prohibited at Wonderfruit and all on-site accommodation:

  • Alcohol or illegal drugs
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Drones
  • Selfie sticks
  • Native American headdresses
  • Hoverboards
  • Bicycles, skateboards or rollerblades
  • Single-use plastic
  • Animals of any kind other than dogs with a ticketed Dog Pass

Should you arrive in The Fields with any banned items, you will not be able to store them for retrieval later. There will not be a security deposit at Box Office or accommodation receptions, so we will not hold any prohibited items for the duration of your stay.

Note: No outside food or drink is permitted into Slow Wonder, Boutique Camping or General Camping

If you’re staying at Slow Wonder or  Boutique Camping, this is for you:

Know how wristbands and allocation work:

Each Boutique Tent or RV can have a maximum of four (4) guests registered to the tent or RV. This access is linked to the guest’s RFID wristband, and only those who are registered to a Boutique Tent or RV via their wristband will be allowed access to the Boutique Camping zone.

Each Slow Wonder Cabin has an allocation of guests as per each individual booking. This access is linked to your RFID wristband, and only those who are registered to a Slow Wonder Cabin via their wristband will be allowed access to the Slow Wonder area.

This means that friends in The Fields who are not staying in Boutique Camping or Slow Wonder cannot enter the zone; this is to create a safe and exclusive environment for all guests staying at Slow Wonder.

Please only share your accommodation Entrant Code with the people you plan to share your accommodation with. Once an entrant code has been pre-registered to capacity, it cannot be used again.

Getting to Boutique Camping and Slow Wonder:

Boutique Camping and Slow Wonder have dedicated entrances and parking lots on Soi 5.

The Boutique Camping and Slow Wonder entrances are on Siam Country Soi 5, but you’ll take a right turn before you get to the General Parking and Main Entrance. Find the entrance on Google Maps here and look out for Boutique Camping signs when you get close.

Do not go to the main entrance. If you arrive there, you’ll need to carry your bags yourself…and we really don’t want you to do that.

When to check in and when to check out:

Check-in at both Slow Wonder and Boutique Camping opens four hours before the gates open to The Fields. This gives you time to check in, settle and make new friends at the dedicated bar.

Check-in times:

  • Opens at 12pm on Thursday, 14 Dec 2023 (festival gates open at 4pm)
  • 24-hour check-in until Sunday, 17 Dec 2023 midnight

Check-out times:

  • 12 pm Monday, 18 Dec 2023

Upon arrival, head to reception, where you’ll be greeted by our amazing teams. You’ll be asked for a few things:

  1. Your ID, in either physical or digital format
  2. Your Boutique Tent or RV Entrant Code
  3. Your Wonderfruit ticket Entrant Code

While you’re there, go for a drive with Defender:

Guests staying at Slow Wonder and Boutique Camping will get to experience Defender’s breadth of capability by going for a Drive Experience. Paired with an expert driver, an off-road course explores the wilderness surrounding The Fields so Wonderers can learn more about the natural setting in which Wonderfruit exists.

Visit The Drive Experience booth in Boutique Camping to sign up.

What’s special about Slow Wonder: An especially restful night

The foundation of health and wellness begins with sound sleep. Omazz is providing Slow Wonder with this exceptional luxury, so the body rests while the subconscious mind plays out the explorations of the day.

And to ensure that every Slow Wonder cabin creates a comfortable and refreshing atmosphere, we’ve collaborated with Daikin to offer optimal air quality…and, of course, perfect air conditioning.

If you’re staging at General Camping, this is for you:

If you’re camping under the stars with us this year, consider yourself lucky. General Camping is a community space full of adventurous spirits in the heart of Wonderfruit—you’ll never miss a thing.

General Camping (and check out) closes at 12pm on Monday 18 December 2023.
