Introducing Camps

5 October 2017 | Wonderfruit

They are more than just stages… more than just vendors… Come with us as we explore the Camps of Wonderfruit.

Curated in collaboration with Wonderfruit, our Camps are self-contained kingdoms, created by our visionary partners. We work with like-minded collectives, who want to carve out their own microcosm within Wonderfruit and create a unique experience, and we give them the freedom to design their own environment and curate their content, from music, to food and drinks to activities. So, to discover a little more about what that looks like in practise, let’s explore this year’s Camps:

Rainforest Pavilion
In February, it played host to Joy Collective, who return in December with an even more highly evolved Rainforest Pavilion. Step inside to participate in transformational and arts workshops by day, and by night to experience sounds and visuals collected from Indonesia’s rainforests and some of the best international and local electronic music talent from Bali’s vibrant scene.

Straight Outta Thonglor
Wonderfruit’s infamous hip hop-only venue, Straight Outta Thonglor returns to The Fields, blending sustainability and natural design into their urban playground. Pop bottles to a soundtrack of old and new school hip hop courtesy of a DJ line up featuring local legends and special international guests; enjoy dishes from Bangkok’s finest eateries and get in on the action with open mic freestyle sessions and spoken word jams.

Another newbie, ALTN8 is a slice of Berlin in The Fields. Join the team of fully curated DJs from all over the world to party like you’re at the legendary Bar 25.

Neramit: Thai Food Zone
You know what’s better than Thai food? Authentic Thai food in the thai countryside, accompanied by Thai folk music. Head over to Neramit, our brand new cultural experience, where you can eat, drink dance and even try your hand at making Thai desserts.

Hungry? Thirsty? Ready to drink, dance and get stuck in? Us too! See you in The Fields, where we can experience all these creative Camps in real life.
