Warm up for Wonderfruit and Dance for Mt Agung

1 November 2017 | Wonderfruit

Our Bali family is getting ready for December in true Wonderfruit fashion.

On Sunday 5 November, the journey to Wonderfruit begins for our Indonesian Wonderers as we team up with Potato Head Beach Club in Bali for a high-energy oceanfront party in support of a good cause. ‘A Dance for Mt. Agung’ is a one-day festival combining fun with fundraising for the families affected by the eruption threat of Mount Agung.

Potato Head shares our goal to create a celebration while at the same time catalyzing positive impact and so, not only will door profits from the event go to the Mount Agung evacuee fund, but the party will be an eye-opening showcase of sustainability. Get ready for workshops and art installations centered around rainforest awareness by Potato Head and our Rainforest Pavilion team, as well as wellness offerings including sound meditation – perfect for getting you ready for December. Meanwhile, an eclectic musical soundtrack will help you send your positive energy out into the universe. The line-up includes Thailand’s own DJ Maft Sai of Studio Lam and Paradise Bangkok, as well as Dea, Zatua (live), Project ··III, Archie, Seabass and Dean Dixon.

Look out for a workshop by eco-forward footwear brand Indosole as well as various activations by Kynd Community and Peloton Supershop, all of whom will be out in force to raise funds for the displaced families of Karangasem.

Find out more about the event here and, if you do make it to Potato Head on Sunday, you’ll be in with a chance of getting your hands on a discount code for Wonderfruit.
